Too often a corporate or
special event is conceived to meet the needs of the client –
not the needs of the guests. Often the event becomes the
“message” instead of the “medium” and the guest only
remembers that the event was good or bad, the food was hot
or cold - not the message the client wished to emphasise.
There is no doubt that corporate events are a major
marketing tool provided they are properly conceived and
carried out. We do not believe in entertainment or themeing
for their own sake.

Our first step is a comprehensive Event Design© process
where all the client’s key performance indicators are
revealed. We then look at the event from the guests and
other stakeholder’s perspectives and design an event that
meets all these needs. The event can include:

We love using unique locations and have taken over disused
warehouses, train repair workshops, showgrounds, swimming
baths, forts and medical stations, passenger terminals,
quarries, trains, building roof tops, jungles, islands –
anywhere that is a little special.
We don’t rely on the traditional “props” or well worn themes
but come up with exciting and fresh ideas that compliment
the message. You won’t get our tailored solutions from any
