We tailor our services to suit the specific needs of our
clients who come from science, education, technology,
education, mining, business, medical, sports, the arts,
health, professional services, communications and not for
profit sectors.
We have special packages for:
- Not for Profit and smaller meeting sectors called LCM,
(Low Cost Meetings) where we have successfully managed to
reduce costs without impacting on the quality of the
meeting.
- “Green” meetings to help offset the carbon credits costs
and make the meeting more environmentally responsible.
- Multi-lingual meetings where languages other than English
are in use. This includes using simultaneous translation,
personal translation and preparing print and electronic
materials in other languages.
- Multi-cultural meetings where different cultural and
social mores are accommodated.
- High security meetings where the topic is emotional or
controversial.
Other packages include:
- Secretariat (for time rich clients where they wish to
perform much of the organisational work and rely on our
systems)
- Consultancy (we provide advice and guidance as required,
especially useful for budgeting, risk management, contract
negotiations
- Full service (for time poor clients where we treat them as
Directors and proactively manage all aspects of the event)
Our hallmark is in growing the potential of the meeting in
every way. Event Design© (unique to Event Planners)
identifies all key performance indicators, analyses risks
analysis and provides a complete budget before any work is
undertaken. It is all too easy to organise a boring meeting
– Event Design unlocks the meeting’s potential and focuses
us all on how to make the meeting better.
Each meeting is allocated its own event management team that
coordinates all processes and calls on specialist assistance
from our individual service departments, which we call
Zones.
